Introducing half-cut processing and back slit processing! 【Half-Cut Processing】 This involves cutting only the main part of the sticker. Cuts are made only in the sticker area while leaving the backing intact. Unwanted parts are raised to make it easier to peel off the sticker portion. Additionally, it is possible to arrange multiple shapes on a single sheet. 【Back Slit Processing】 By adding slits (cuts) to the separator, the sticker portion becomes easier to peel off, leading to improved workability.
We can also perform individual half-cut processing (seal removal). If you want to remove the VR-5300 and apply it in a flow process, half-cut is recommended.
We have laminated release paper onto double-sided tape manufactured by Nitto Denko Corporation and performed a half-cut. It can be used with a wide range of materials, including not only metals and plastics but also rubber and elastomers. We are also open to discussing the creation of die cuts.
If you completely remove the double-sided tape (full removal), the release paper becomes difficult to peel off, so half-cut is recommended.

C-4305 is a general-purpose CR rubber sponge with moderate cushioning and rubber-derived resilience. The half-cut process leaves the release paper partially intact. It allows for a shape with double-sided tape to be placed on top of the sheet. Even if dropped, it won't scatter, making it easier to count the pieces. This can improve continuous work efficiency.
